The MRC public-comment draft says OOH measurement techniques vary by format and location and that inherent limitations should be studied and disclosed.

Industry revenue uses dated OAAA releases. Public-company claims use SEC filings. Measurement definitions prefer Geopath, OAAA and MRC materials. Vendor pages may describe a vendor’s own method but do not establish a universal standard.

Every value retains its period, geography, format and reporting perimeter. We do not label company or segment revenue as market share without a reconciled market denominator.

Arithmetic created by BigBoards is marked “derived” and shows its inputs. We do not estimate missing observations merely to complete a chart.

When a primary source changes, the affected page receives a revision date and the derived outputs are recomputed. We preserve the nature of the change.

No city pricing, inventory availability, operator ranking, effectiveness promise or review score is published without suitable evidence. The MRC draft’s emphasis on format-specific limitations informs this restraint.
