U.S. OOH

What changed?

The reported year-over-year growth rate rose from 7.1% in Q1 to 10.7% in Q2 2026. That is evidence of faster growth in the second quarter—not proof that every format, market or operator grew at the same rate.

BigBoards transcribes the headline revenue and growth figures from the dated OAAA releases. We do not interpolate missing quarters or convert the releases into a seasonally adjusted series.

$2.12B Q1 + $3.16B Q2 = $5.28B H1 2026

What this tracker cannot tell you

It does not measure ad effectiveness, local price levels, available inventory or a specific operator’s market share. Company filings also use different reporting scopes, so their revenue should not be divided by the OAAA market total without a carefully reconciled denominator.

Revision policy

If a primary release is corrected, the affected row will receive a visible revision date. Derived values will be recomputed from the revised inputs. We preserve the source URL and do not silently replace the period definition.
